[Plugin: Password Protect WordPress] Upgrade not taking

Hi,
I see that there’s an update to this plugin. So I downloaded it and updated it manually through FTP. At first notice, I see a huge difference in size. From under 100kb to over 700kb. I guess a lot of new features were added?But still, there are files that are missing between the two and the upgrade I did isn’t taking. It still reads as 3.9.1
Any idea what’s up?
