[Plugin: Participants Database] Page look modification

Hi!

I’ve checked the site and forum to see if anyone posted a similar topic about my question. I am using this plugin for a Candidate who is running for congress.

I am happy with the plugin I just wanted to do a few modification

I would like to do a slight modification of the layout, just something small. I would like it to do this

First Name
___________________ (input area box falls under First name)
Last Name
____________________ (input area box falls under)

I’m trying to find the page that I do the edits for this… where I can add a br code or put first name and input box in their own table row box.
