[Plugin: Participants Database] Import Issues

  • I have followed the steps to create an import file to bring over information from another database, but am continuing to get errors in my import. I get the following error message:

    Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/content/14/8976114/html/wp-content/uploads/participants-database/import.csv) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/14/8976114/html/wp-content/plugins/participants-database/upload_csv.php on line 26

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpRTGe1M' to '/home/content/14/8976114/html/wp-content/uploads/participants-database/import.csv' in /home/content/14/8976114/html/wp-content/plugins/participants-database/upload_csv.php on line 26

    I’ve have tried by csv and tab delimited files to no avail. Any thoughts about what might be the issue?

    Jay,

    I’ve answered you question on my plugin page, but it has to do with the “image upload location” setting being incorrect. It needs to match the location it’s trying to get the file from. In this case, it should be “wp-content/uploads/participants-database/”
