[Plugin: Participants Database] Freeze some data in [pdb_record]

  • I have two pages on the website. One has [pdb_signup] shortcode and the other has [pdb_record] shortcode. All worked fine. I was able to complete my registration using a private link. But what i am more concerned about is that while filling the complete form [pdb_record] it allows me to edit everything. It allows me to even change the names…this could lead to discrepancies..
    Is there a way by which I can freeze certain fields??? because using my private link I should not be able to create record of someone else…

    Well, this is why the link is private, so no-one else can edit the record. But if you want to make some fields locked, you’ll probably have to use some Javascript to set the “readonly” flag on those fields.
