[Plugin: Participants Database] Contact form per participant

I would like to use this as a resume or member database that employers can search. I will hide the contact information of the candidate and would like the employer to have to send a contact form if he/she wishes to contact the candidate. How can this be accomplished? Let’s say someone searches/filters by skill. They would then open a profile of someone in the database and, on that same page, send the person a message which would also need to contain an automated component saying that this contact comes via this web site. For this, I also need the randomly-generated record number to show rather than the contact information and also for each party to receive the link to the record in the email.
