[Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro] What Pages should visible to member?

    Hi,
    There are many Paid Memberships Pro pages need to create in advance. These pages (Account Page,Billing Information Page,Cancel Page,Checkout Page..etc) some of them are not necessary to be displayed on the menu like Comfrimation page and Checkout page.

    My question is what pages should be show in the menu?

    Also, I allow the member to access their profile page where they can change their password there, so I think the MY ACCOUNT section should be excluded in [pmpro_account]. How do I do it? Any way to customize those pages?
