Can you email me at [email protected] to give me more information?

That’s an error message from PayPal for PayPal Express checkout. (Is that the gateway you are using?) It has to do with the description changing between them first clicking to pay and then later clicking to confirm. I’m not sure why it would be changing.

What version of PMPro do you have? If you have an older version, please upgrade.

The main information I would need is the gateway you are using and all of the information for the membership level that this breaks on: name, description, price, recurring price and period, trial, etc.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your help in sorting this one – down to something as simple as the site title being missing..

Back up and running now and for anyone else who gets this message its coming back from the PayPal API which seems to have a whole pile of error messages just for recurring/subscription payments which is how this all started.

    Great plugin and definitely recommended

Version 1.4.4 pushed out this morning has a fix for this for cases like this or when there are special characters in your site title or membership level name.

    Hi Jason,
i got the same error message. Could you please have a look at : https://stocksentry.headmade.ca and suggest what I’m missing. Thank you in advance.

If you can’t see the home page yet (it’s still progate the subdomain for me) you see membership sign up page here: https://stocksentry.headmade.ca/membership-account/membership-levels/
