[Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro]

I have WP and BuddyPress and PMPro latest versions.

I ll have 2 levels of members: 1st ones are PAID and 2nd ones are FREE.
But I want to show only 1 option on Member Levels page: Just 1st (PAID members) option so all public will have to register as PAID. FREE members will be given a different registration form and they will be authorized by admin manually as member.
And I want to make PAID members pay 0 zero nowadays until I make the site popular, so first 3 months all new registrations will be with no payment, but I still want to name them as PAID members (because all future members will be coming next to them as PAID. So to make the registration process fast, I want PMPro register all registered members as PAID (Level 1). At the moment user clicks on Level 1 button to be Level 1 (PAID) member, but I want it automatically as soon as user clicks the email activation link and login thats it h/she is PAID member (Level 1). How that can be done?
