[Plugin: Paid Downloads] Customer download link

  • Tested Paid Downloads and:

    After my customer buys an item, as administrator I received a payment confirmation email from the plug in my email. In WordPress I see the download link, customer email, name of file sold, and the source says “purchasing”.

    My customer receives the PayPal confirmation BUT NO OTHER EMAIL WITH DOWN LOAD LINK AFTER 30 MINUTES.

    Is the plugin broken, am I doing something wrong, or what else.

    If you get confirmation e-mail from plugin, the download link was sent to customer too. Probably it went to spam folder.

    I am having this problem too. Customers are complaining, that they don’t receive download e-mail although I receive notification.

    I also dug into the code and saw that everything is in right order:

    1. success mail is sent to customer
    2. success mail is sent to admin

    Maybe the e-mails should be sent with a little pause in between. If you need any help debuging contact me.
