Plugin pages won’t load. redirect to website homepage

  • Hello!
    I’ve had this issue off and on through the years where a plugin, or even wordpress dashboard page, will not load in a specific browser and redirects me to my website’s homepage. I typically use anotehr browser and it will load. However, I’m currently having the problem with the plugin Simple Download Monitor where the backend page of all my downloads will not show up. All the other pages from that plugin show up… logs… settings etc. Just not the list of my downloads.

    I’ve tried 5 browsers and nothing works. Does anyone have an idea of what I might do?

    Thank you for posting this question.

    Looks like you have two diferent issues here, as for the first one where off and on through the years a plugin, or a wordpress dashboard page, will not load in a specific browser, I would suggest going trough the trouibleshooting list first.

    As for your other question, the issue could be with the specific plugin itself, or a plugin conflict with another plugin or the theme. You coud test this by disabeling all other plugins and changing the theme to any of the recent default WordPress themes.

    If that doesn’t help, please try disabeling all caching and optimizations from server and plugins.
