Hmm, it’s quite tiny, but it does look like there’s possibly markup rendered for an admin notification in the screenshot there. Hard to say for certain, but I wonder if there’s some sort of error occurring from *something* that is preventing the rest of the page from rendering. The question would be what.

Not guaranteed to have anything at the moment, but it’s possible an error will show when doing a “view source” of the page. Just right click and from the context menu, click “View Page Source”, and then scroll as far down as you can.

Hesitant to have you turn on WP_DEBUG because it may be a live site, and this bit could show various extra information to users visiting the site. Otherwise, we may need to rely on any error logs available via your hosting admin panel.

This site is live. It is a newspaper in Oxford, Mississippi: https://www.TheLocalVoice.net

Here is the view source for the dashboard with Constant Contact plugin engaged. All the pages of the Constant Contact plugin are blank.

thanks for that. It’s definitely stopping right inside the admin notice, and from the looks of it, an admin notice regarding a potential plugin review request.

How comfortable would you be with taking some steps to get better error reporting set up, temporarily, so we can see what’s going on here? This would include logging into the hosting server, and checking a generated error log after editing the site’s wp-config file.

Alternately, if you’d prefer someone else handle anything like that, we can move the support off the forum here and into private communication.

Forgot to say that I’m curious if some functionality from PHP, named Output Buffering, is causing an issue somehow. It’s something started immediately inside the notification generation in question.

I would like to integrate this plug in with this site, so definitely need help. What do I need to do?

If you could contact [email protected] and mention “Michael WordPress Support” in the forum, we’ll get connected privately and continue from there.

We definitely want to get your site running the plugin as well, and this issue is very curious to me.

    Responded privately. Thanks.

We’ll update this thread once we’ve determined the source of the issue, in case others experience the same in the future.

    Marking as resolved.

Original issue stemmed from issues with the “DOMDocument” PHP class not being available for Jetpack, all within the context of admin notices.

A custom solution to prevent the Jetpack components from trying to run was implemented for Newt’s website.
