[Plugin: Page Sidebars] Can’t get it to work

I haven’t been able to get this to work at all. When I click Add widgets to a page on the Manage Pages page, nothing happens. I’ve tried changing numerous snippets of this code but no luck. Maybe it’s not ready for 2.5?
