Plugin Page Showing 404

  • We currently have automation with galaxy forms passing the data over to e2pdf and then emailing it out to our admins. Recently, the pdf files are not being created. When we go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=e2pdf or wp-admin/admin.php?page=e2pdf-templates, we are given an error 404 page not found. The website has not been touched since the last it worked (about a month ago).

    We tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but we still got this error. I saw another post to try switching to the EU api_server but that did not work either. Can you provide any advice?

    Hi,

    It was no changes regarding handling the admin page. The API server is not related to the page rendering inside WordPress so it looks like a conflict with the custom functionality added, so we recommend trying to debug it.
