[Plugin: Page Peel] Page peel disappears

Hello,
Page Peel shows the small image just fine, but when rolled over, it disappears. I checked the Z-index, looks fine. Also tried the Twenty-ten theme and had the same issue. any help would be greatly appreciated! THX
