[Plugin: Page Links To] [Request] Make relative redirects relative to site address not site root

Please make relative redirects prepend the site address in wordpress settings for relative links (starting with a /).

Without that, this plugin can not be used with any wp instillations in a subfolder as setting a link to “/page/” will goto to the root folder, not “/subfolder/page/” as intended.
