[Plugin: Page Links To] Page Links to /?lang=zh Does Not Work

I have a multi language site and created two pages “English” and “Chinese” so it would appear in the menu. English links to https://www.angelawong-homes.com and Chinese links to https://www.angelawong-homes.com/?lang=zh.
Except, the Chinese page is ignoring the /?lang=zh part of the URL.
Even though, when you paste https://www.angelawong-homes.com/?lang=zh directly into the URL bar it goes to the Chinese site.
Any ideas? Kind of a last minute emergency.
