[Plugin: Page Links To] inter-linking causes redirect back

When I link page from site 1 to an alternate URL in site 2, and link a page from site 2 back to site 1, the link from site 1 redirects back to itself. If I remove the alternate URL from site 2, the site 1 alternate URL acts correctly.
