[Plugin: Page Flip Image Gallery] Can not upload images

    I can not upload images or add a page to a book. It takes forever to load the page then I get a blank screen with an error message: PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 0188B21F. I have looked tried a number of fixes from Google but nothing seems to work.

    Here is my configuration:

    Operating System : Windows NT PH053D-LMCIT3-M 5.2 build 3790
    Server : Microsoft-IIS/6.0
    Memory usage : 20.62 MByte
    MySQL Version : 5.0.77-log
    PHP Version : 5.2.9-2
    PHP Safe Mode : Off
    PHP Memory Limit : 128M
    PHP Max Upload Size : 2M
    PHP Max Post Size : 8M
    PHP Max File Uploads : N/A
    PHP Max Script Execute Time : 30s
    PHP Allow URL Open : On
    GD Version : bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
