plugin page error

  • Did you create the folders that it needs to add cached files? Your permissions are restricting W3 from writing to the disk to do this automatically.

    it was working for more than 2 weeks now. suddenly today i logged into the admin panel it shows this error. even before 4 days i logged in and didnt see this error..

    what are the folders to be created?

    the cache folder most notably does it exist?
