[Plugin: Page Columnist] page overview column type information

page overview column type information – do not show up.
I am using network version… is it why this plug in is not working out??
I do not see menu bars under html section of page / posts. no next column menu, no nothing.
no menu related to this plug in shows up. beside configuration section. configuration sections do show up though.
