Plugin page blank apart from error text.

I tried to back date a plugin to a previous version, the plugin is “Promotion Slider” by first deleting the current one and installing the older version.

That seem to go well but when I went back to my plugin page all I have is:

Fatal error: Call to a member function flush_rules() on a non-object in /data/15/1/65/74/1391237/user/1492944/htdocs/blog/wp-includes/rewrite.php on line 108

Anyone have any ideas what this my be and how to right this problem.

I figure (might be wrong) but I think its trying to reference the plugin I had installed and can’t find it, therefore throwing out the error.
