    I’m sorry to hear about the problems you’ve had with P3 on your site.

    Once you deactivate it and remove wp-content/mu-plugins/p3-profiler.php, it will no longer run on your site.

    If the delete plugin functionality within WordPress will not work for you and you cannot delete files via FTP, please contact your host or server administrator.

    It sounds like you’re not allowed to delete the files due to file permissions. Your host/administrator can reset those.
