[Plugin: Ozh' Tweet Archiver] Shorten the post title post format

Hi, and thank you for this handy plugin. There are just two functionalities that could add a lot of value to it.
- An option to shorten the title. Currently the post title is the same as its content (that is, the whole tweet itself). This is quite useless, plus it has several disadvantages. First, it is ugly with the standard post format. Second, if you use the post title in your permalinks it creates very long URLs. An option to arbitrarily shorten the post title (say, to 30 characters) would be great. An “smart option” would be even greater. For instance, it could cut the title at the first space after the 30th char.
- An option to apply a specific post format. Currently the post is published using the standard post format. The Aside post format is obviously the most appropriate for the tweets, but not necessarily for your usual posts. I would appreciate being able to publish my tweets automatically using this format. Please note that setting the default post format to Aside in the Settings > Writing page doesn’t have any effect.
