    Hello,
I’m running WordPress 4.0 and after the WU update to the latest version, the plugin on the home page, accessed via short-code, was completely broken. It went from a small subtile box without much text, to an incredibly tall and thin box showing a search box, unwanted weather details, the WU logo, etc. It occupied 20% of the complete screen with junk.
I tried copying the current.html file to a new templates directory as suggested by the documentation, but couldn’t get it working.
I had to disable the plugin to stop my customer’s shouts.
Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Sebastian

  • Same here, my websites were crippled by the update (huge boxed outputs). Terrible design after updating. I have deleted the plugin on five of my websites. Looking for something else now.

Hi Sebastien and dikkevandale, please see how to revert to the previous version.

Zack, is that the “solution” you provide? What will happen next time you launch an upgrade? Will I need to review all updates every time, making sure that WU is not selected, so that my site does not brake again?

Same problem here. Updated everything and site was messed up. Immediately deleted this plugin from my sites
