Plugin – Our Team

I have this plugin on our homepage at https://www.grandlakemariners.com/ and here is one of the profiles for our coaches https://www.grandlakemariners.com/our-team/brian-may/

We just want to display their name and picture…we don’t want a link to a separate page. If I have to have the separate page, I would like to change the header image at the top and the page template because they both look really bad on this page https://www.grandlakemariners.com/our-team/brian-may/

Is either way possible? Either no link to individual team member pages, or change the header image and page template for their individual pages.
