Plugin organizer on specific page

Hello

The plugin organizer doesn’t work on a specific page. When I creat a page for example, well on the page edit, there is no plugin organizer settings, there is just a

box to tick : Settings for this post type have been overridden by the post type settings. You can edit them by going here. You can also override them by checking the box below and saving the post.
