Plugin or plugins for selling a single personalised product

  • Hi Folks,

    I am helping a friend add a page to their site to sell a single personalised diet/fitness product.

    The concept I am looking for is to collect some information about the person (name, age, height, weight, dietary requirements etc…), then take them to a payment page (paypal suits fine), and finally when it’s paid, email the confirmed payment details along with the collected information so a diet/fitness plan can be created.

    I have put something together using “Contact Form 7” and “WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart” plugins, but they aren’t tied together (ie customer details and payment confirmation in one email).

    Does anyone know of a plugin that does this in one shot, or a set of plugins that work together to achieve what I am looking for?
