The calculated-fields-form is good but I don’t see any Slider field! What I need is not only a calculator, but I need that special type of number selection field. I guess you did not check the samples in my post.

I did look at your sample links closely. I didn’t know that the plugin I suggested didn’t have a slider field.

There are no real other options in less you want to code it yourself, or hire someone (https://jobs.wordpress.net/ https://directory.codepoet.com/).

I think that the calculated fields form plugin does now have a slider. Have a check of this thread and/or ask the author. The response is usually very quick:
