[Plugin: OptionTree] Duplicated in Admin Side Menu

Hi
Why is the OptionTree plug in duplicated in the side menu for an admin? Is it the same thing? Sometimes it only saves in one and not the other and I have to enter info into both for it to work. It’s confusing and taking up a lot of space.
