    Hi,

thanks for the post, and sorry for the trouble.

Are you maybe using any role manager or user capability managing plugins? I’ve seen this before with the “Advanced Access Manager” plugin, which seems to prevent the initial addition of the new TablePress capabilities. In that case, it should be enough to “refresh” the settings in Advanced Access Manager.

    Regards,
    Tobias

Don’t have members installed, I do have the plugin “Members” installed. I tried to activate Tablepress and resave my settings in Members but that didn’t work. Any other ideas as to what I could do to get Tablepress working with Members plugin?

    Hi,

thanks for the update! That’s strange then. I’ve been using “Members” as well, and didn’t have problems with it.
So, I’m not really sure what’s causing this, but I’m quite confident that we can make it work.
Can you check (in Members) whether the “Administrator” user role has all capabilities that start with “tablepress_…” enabled?

If that also does not fix it, could you please contact me via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? I’d then like to take a direct look at this in your admin dashboard.

    Regards,
    Tobias
