Plugin Only Works With Correct Username

Hello,

I recently found a issue, the plugin only triggers if someone uses the correct username and wrong password

And the plugin not works when someone uses both wrong username and password, which results in one can try as many times ad they can, until they found the username

And when someone uses correct username and wrong password and enter login, the username shows there, telling that the username is correct

Please fix this
