Plugin only works intermittently

    I installed this plugin because I liked the idea of getting rates via api. So I installed the plugin about 10 days ago and to be honest, it was the biggest mistake ever. It has cost me a hell of a lot in sales and I have had to refund customers almost on a daily basis.

    The plugin works when it feels like it. The calculated shipping rates are Very rarely correct, and more often than not shipping rates are double or triple of what it should be. Additionally, many customers get an error of no shipping rates available for their shipping address.

    I have done just about everything to troubleshoot, from redoing settings, checking for theme or plugin conflicts, uninstalling and reinstalling, checking that products have dimensions, checking logs, creating new api keys, etc. All to no avail.

    So I have now reverted to my previous shipping setup (Advanced Shipping plugin) , which always works without fail.
