Plugin only loads endlessly

Hello, I like the plugin very much, unfortunately a few weeks ago my upsell stopped working, now I found that in the checkout it only offers products after updating the page (which no customer does). In checkout it only manifests itself by endless loading, which never stops.

I’ve managed to figure out that the plugin doesn’t get along with the caching plugin even when the checkout is in the caching exception. Tested and indeed the checkout is not cached. If I have the slider set, it only loads if scrolling, the click button is broken and does not add to cart.
I use WP Fastest Cache.
Any other exception to set in the caching besides the checkout page?
