Plugin only displays “Facebook API Rating:”

    Hi, I’m working locally on a WP site for a client. I have the free version of the plugin installed and I’m trying to get my client’s FB reviews. All the plugin outputs is the string “Facebook API Rating:” in a div called fbrev-error. What do I need to do to get the reviews to populate? Thanks!

    I’m seeing what I assume is the same thing….

    Hi Mywebmaestro,

    The plugin uses the Facebook Graph API to get your reviews. This API requires that your connected FB account remain the admin right of the FB page. If the right of connected account will be deleted, the Facebook API returns such error. It’s a limitation of Facebook API, not specifically the plugin.

    So, you need to re-create shortcode or add widget and make ‘Connect Facebook’ again.
