    Hi philip.levine,

    This is a known issue with some databases where there is a very large entry causing the backup to fail – it does try to retry but fails on each occasion.

    We’re fixing this in the next version by improving the recovery and taking control of the database backup away from WordPress so we can tune it much better.

    Will possibly be completed within the next month or two.
