    How can I download my backup file from site?

    In menu Backups, after login, don’t have any link for download it. I have only one link for delete and don’t have a name in my backup.

    Here is all information:

    Name – Plugin Version – Last Backup – Encrypted – Store Size – Actions
    2.0.2 Today, 2.47 pm yes 28.08MiB Delete

    Somebody can help me?

    Hi eldersouza,

    This is a strange one indeed. The name would normally be the link.
    What is your blog’s title and description in General->Settings?

    If you email your username to support at backup-technology.co.uk (best not to post it in public!) and refer to this post we can check this for you and fix the name issue. Although it may disappear again next time you run a backup – so if you can let us know the blog title and description in General Settings it will help prevent this happening again.
