    I have registered with for an account at the Backup Technology’s Services ? Free WordPress Backup. But the sign-up has not sent me a confirmation email.

    I’ve checked spam filters etc. etc. but still no email after 60 minutes. As they offer no support for the free plugin, does anyone have any suggestions please.

    Hi Mike,

    Where did you here that no support is provided? Just want to make sure we don’t have any incorrect information.

    We do provide support, albeit limited. I am on the forums at least once a week to give people a hand and provide feedback to the team.

    The email issue – this can happen if there was a typo when typing the email so the email goes to the wrong place, or if the email is caught in spam filters. Best thing to do is sign up again and make sure email address is typed correctly, and double check any spam filters or Junk inboxes you have. The old account that isn’t validated yet will be removed 30 days after it was signed up.

    Many thanks for the feedback and the answer to my support comment.

    As you suggested I have set up another new account and now have a back up working.
