Plugin nRelated Content

I installed my related content plugin over a month ago and it was working fine. Very recently, I just noticed that it is not working at all anymore. It will only show one post instead of 4 which is what I had the settings to, and it always shows the same post. Over and over again. What’s going on?

I tried installing an older version. I tried deactivating, deleting, and re-installing a bunch of times. Everytime it just goes back to that same post.

Help!
