• Hi mate, any chance you could help me out? I cloned a batch of 20 wp sites (wpmanagerdx) and now I cannot get nrelate to show up (widget). All the sites have the same ad id, I’ve tried resetting to defaults and deleting/reinstalling the plugin. Is it possible to change the ad id on each site to make them unique? Would this fix my problem? I can edit files within the sql database if needed (nrelate_key possibly?).

I won’t be cloning sites with nrelate in the future and install it manually for each site. Is having the same ad id fixable on my end? or only on your end? Please let me know if you cannot help me or there is no way to fix this. Nrelate seems to give better results than yarpp and being able to monetise the plugin is great, so I’d really rather stick to Nrelate.

    Would appreciate any help, cheers.

@markersocial– having duplicate keys is probably the issue.

-uninstall and delete nrelate through WordPress admin
-go into db and delete the nrelate_key fields
    -reinstall nrelate

Is there a script for creating tables in the DB?

No. NRelate doesn’t create additional tables.

Does it add fields to any table?

    nrelate_key?

Yes, nRelate adds options to the options table. When you delete the plugin from with WordPress, all options will be removed except nrelate_key. This is not removed because it’s a unique identifier on the nRelate servers. If you ever want to install nRelate again and this field is removed, it would cause issues with your install.

If you have no intention of ever using an nRelate plugin, you can remove that field from the options table.
