[Plugin: nrelate Related Content] nRelate custom field assistance

I’m using the nRelate plugin with the Zenko WP Theme. The thumbnails don’t pull from the images in the posts (Zenko uses a built in thumbnail script so no custom fields are used when a post is added) thus the linked images are the default nRelate images.
What do I need enter in the ‘custom field for images’ box so that the plug in will work with this theme?
