[Plugin: nrelate Flyout] nrelate not working on my blog

Hi,
I am trying to setup a new blog with nrelate plugins. But somehow the plugin settings dashboard is not showing up.. And hence I am not able to configure it. Please help me set it up. I am including a link to the snapshot of my settings dashboard.
