    Since your site isn’t responsive, your viewport will always be > 960px when viewing, even on a phone. You need a responsive site for the Responsive Select Menu to work.

    I use UberMenu 2.0.10, it didn’t work in WP 3.8.1. Are you still support this version? or can I re-install the plug in without losing my setup?

    If you update WordPress, you need to update UberMenu along with it. See the Knowledgebase: Installing Updates
