[Plugin: Now Reading Reloaded] Book and Author in Page Title

At the moment, if the book URL is /library/id/, the page title is displayed as ‘Book Title by Author, etc.’

But by default, the URL is /library/author/book-title/, which displays nothing as informative. It’d be nice to have ‘Book Title by Author’ in the page title for this option as well.
