We’ve been using this review slider for a few months now in combination with the Plugin Organizer, which enables or disables plugins depending on the specific page. The review slider had been displaying correctly on our home page in combination with the Plugin Organizer, so long as on the home page the review slider plugin was active.

Sometime recently, something changed and now the review slider will only work if the plugin is enabled across the entire site, whereas enabling it only on the home page doesn’t work. In other cases this means that the plugin makes some call to another page, so I’m wondering if something of this sort changed recently. Thank you!

I haven’t changed anything with the plugin recently. Try de-activating and re-activating it. You could also try creating another review template.

Thanks for reaching out. I tried both de-activating and creating a new template, but neither seemed to fix the problem I’m having. Any other ideas? Maybe something changed in how the reviews are pulled from Google?

Pulling the reviews from Google and displaying them on the front end are two separate functions. Are you having trouble displaying the reviews or downloading them from Google?
