plugin not working with wpml domains

  • Hi,

    Our site uses WPML with multi domain setup.
    When we use a giftcard on our main domain there is no problem.
    When I want to try this on a translated domain it doesn’t work.
    I get a notification that the gift card was added but nothing changes in the bill. Any idea what’s wrong here?

    Could you send us some screenshots of what you mention? You can also send us a video using the Loom tool.

    If for some reason, you are referring to currency, that integration is only available in the premium version.

    Hello there,

    I recommend performing the following tests to verify that there are no problems with other plugins or your theme:

    – update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    – change to a default WP theme like 2023.
    – Leave only WC, WPML and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

    If you don’t want to do this on your live site, you can do it on a staging site easily created using the free WP Staging plugin.
