Plugin not working with the latest WP update (4.3.1)

FAQ > After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “Failed to send your message”. What is wrong?

WP is 4.3.1 now.
“Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.”
But messages do not reach. I tried different email.

I have checked everything, but I still cannot figure it out. I even followed the steps too.

1. I have used the Postman SMTP plugin to authenticate emails.
2. Tried to click Forgot Password at the login page and it was sent to my inbox.
3. the hosting issue, where can I find it?

How come it is like this? And to be very sure, there are 2 different domains, and the plugin used in one of the domain is working fine. only that domain I am working on, have the issue.

Probably an SPF issue with the domain you’re using. Post the domain name so we can check. WordPress emails are sent but not received

I am building a site and the contact form used to work a few months ago and now it just starting showing the message that it produces if it thinks it is spam. What has changed? I thought maybe bluehost had upgraded the php to 5.6 so I moved it back to 5.4 but it still fails.
I guess I am going to try using another contact form plugin.
Anyone have an idea as to why this has changed?
