plugin not working with otp signup/login

Hi

this plugin is really great but has a problem with sites that are using OTP for the signup/login process

I have disabled name and email fields on the comment form but users who log in with SMS can not sent comments but old users with email are able to send a comment

I think this team should think about this problem in the next updates so all site types can enjoy using this great plugin
