• HeyI’m using single product block to display multiple products on a webpage. When I use yith woocommerce product add ons plugin to add required fields, I am facing issues. Until a user selects all the required fields for all the products, no product can be added to cart. To resolve the issue, I removed mandate from all the required fields. Even after that, the plugin is not working correctly. The price selected for a product is not being added to the product instead is being added on to some other product.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

Our plugin is not created to have more than one form in the page. You’ll need a customization in order to allow multiple forms in the same page.

For this reason you need to fill all mandatory addons.

    I hope it helps you.

    Have a good day.

    Hello there!

In order to get a customization you would need to get in touch with a developer, as we can’t assist you with a customization in this forum.

Don’t hesitate to contact us again for any more issues or doubts.

    Have a nice day.

I cannot get in touch with a developer but can try to figure it out myself through Google and Chatgpt. Can you please tell what should I search for or what changes do I need to make to make it work. Also, can this issue be resolved if I purchase the paid plugin?

    Hello there!

It also can’t be done with the paid plugin, I can’t also really tell you a path to follow with the customization as it would require a full modification of the core functionalities of the plugin.

The plugin is not meant to work like that and that is why it would need a lot of customizations to achieve what you want to do.

Anyway, we will take note of this requirement and we will check if it is sutibale for future implementations.

    Have a great day!
