Plugin not working with Flatsome theme

There is a placeholder in the subject field. Is that what removed? Or are you saying you had added something saved it and later went to edit and it was removed?

Not sure about the email type not switching, I’m not seeing that. Have you tried selecting a real order vs the mockup to preview with?

Yes, it is the placeholder that disappeared, I thought it was prefilled text.
Indeed with real time orders the problems about the email type switching are not happening. Did not realize that.
