    Since switching to this plugin my Klaviyo abandoned cart messages are going out customers even though they have checkout out and their payment and order has processed. For some reason it is not communicating to Klaviyo that the payment has gone thru. this is causing quite a bit of confusion with my customers.I have everything updated on the Kalviyo end as well as on the Stripe end. Not sure what else to do to keep this from happening?

    I am not familiar with that particular plug-in but it sounds like it might not be hooking into the proper status actions.

    Our plug-in follows best practices when it comes to completing payment for an order etc.

    Do you notice this happening with a particular payment method or is it happening across multiple payment methods?

    Klaviyo is my autoresponder. As far as I know it’s happening with all payment methods. Only started when i switched to this plugin.

    What plugin were you using previously?

    Can you confirm if it’s all payment methods or certain payment methods like local payment methods? There’s a difference in how credit cards work compared to local payment methods and that may be why you’re seeing this behavior.

    Have you contacted the developers of the Klaviyo plugin?

    The other plugin is WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway

    I only accept credit card and Apple Pay and it has happened with both.

    Has it happened with all credit card and Apple Pay payments or just under certain scenarios like when 3DS is being prompted?

    I don’t know how much it’s happening. I only know if a customer contacts me. i’ve tried to recreate in myself with a test order but can’t get it to happen for me.

    I don’t know what 3DS means?

    I got this from klaviyo support so hipefully this fixes the problem. Thanks for your help.
    “I checked your integration and there was a periodic sync that failed recently, as well as an issue with receiving webhooks. Both of those have been resolved and it currently looks healthy”
